How will your property transfer when you die? Not just the house, but your valued collection, or antique furniture? I think the worst thing you can do when it comes to leaving stuff to people, is to give them something they'll fight over. One of my clients asked me to facilitate a family meeting with their Life Book^TM, and this topic caused a very lively discussion. This section will help you understand how property will pass upon your death, why safe deposit boxes are not always the best choice, and get you thinking about your heirs and how you will handle property distribution.
